EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Exchange Policy
At Noor Collection, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure you receive the best products. Exchanges are allowed only under specific conditions.
We offer exchange only if the product received is damaged and proper proof is provided.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be damaged at the time of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory (starting from sealed package opening).
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
If all conditions are met, the customer will receive:
- A replacement product, OR
- A store credit (coupon code) equal to the product value
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged and a valid unboxing video proof is provided.
Important Notes
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
- No exchange or return will be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen is not considered damage.
- Size issues or change of mind are not eligible for exchange or return.
Procedure for Exchange / Return
To request an exchange or return:
- Email us at: support@noorcollectionofficial.com
- Share your Order ID
- Provide clear images of the damaged product
- Submit unboxing video proof
Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under the exchange/return policy.
